We strictly use yeasts produced from the grapes themselves. We respect the timing and needs of nature so that you can find in the glass the grape and those characteristics of the soil that make our wine unique.

VENEZIA GIULIA

Vigna del Lauro was born in 1994, the result of a collaborative project with one of my dearest friends, Eberhard Spangenberg, a German importer of great Italian wines. The name comes from an old Tocai Friulano vineyard almost entirely surrounded by ancient laurel (lauro) trees, which give off a characteristic intense, spicy scent. The winery, run as a family business together with my wife Daniela and our two sons Matteo and Enrico, covers about 18 hectares of vineyards between the Collio and Isonzo DOC areas, precisely in the municipality of Cormons. Our philosophy is essentially based on respect and careful attention to the production of the raw material, working with cultivation techniques that are extremely respectful of the environment. This allows us to practice eco-sustainable viticulture, protecting our consumers and guaranteeing a future for our beautiful territory.

On the palate it is full, enveloping and savory. It gives a good sensation of pseudo-warmth. The tannins are vigorous and well balanced by the body and freshness. Good persistence on the taste and aroma, with the flavors of red fruit returning after swallowing. The tannins fill the mouth, leaving it pleasantly dry.
Our farm bears the name of our great-grandfather Amadio, known as "Buccia Nera" (Black Skin) for the color of his skin, so dark from being burned by the sun. For more than five generations, we have identified with the passion and hard work that working the land demands. Still today we are the custodians of these hills, of the olive groves and vineyards, which for us represent a collective heritage to be preserved.

Also by the glassThis is a story of family, of love for one's own land and its rediscovery. The sun of Puglia and the traditions of Salento, carried forward by a vibrant entrepreneurial spirit passed down from father to son. A project rooted in the 1980s, with the farm founded by the family's forefather Tommaso Rubino, who was the first to revive the winegrowing potential of a territory with a distant past. His son Luigi, together with his wife Romina, who handles marketing and communications, took up the entrepreneurial legacy, infusing that great passion into what is today one of the wineries that stands as a model for Apulian viticulture.

Dom Pérignon
Winery: Dom Pérignon
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir e Pinot Meunier
Dom Pérignon's creative ambition is a continuous quest for harmony as a source of emotion. Any creative process must submit to constraints. For Dom Pérignon, this means always creating a Vintage, an unwavering commitment to crafting the harvest of a single year, regardless of the challenges, even foregoing the vintage's production altogether when the fruit does not meet the required standard.
Champagne Drappier Brut Nature
Winery: famiglia Drappier
100% da uve di Pinot Nero
For lovers of authentic flavors, we have created a cuvée made entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from the first pressing with no added dosage. On the nose, one notices a crisp note together with ripe fruit. The palate is direct and pure, with great finesse and freshness.
Maison Drappier, a historic Champagne house founded in 1808 in Urville, is today led by the eighth generation of the family. A pioneer in replanting Pinot Noir in the Aube (now 70% of its vineyards) and creator, in 1968, of the first Rosé de Saignée, it combines tradition and sustainability: 62 hectares of owned vineyards, cellars carved into the chalk, and "Carbon Neutral" certification.

The history of Cantina Accordini Igino begins in 1821 in the heart of Valpolicella, an area with a strong and deeply rooted winemaking tradition. A passion born from an inherited legacy: three hectares of vineyards whose grapes were vinified only for the family, who loved spending spring and their free time in the Cru known as "Le Bessole." This marked the beginning of a story of success, from family production to national and international trade, thanks to the tireless and attentive work of Guido Accordini, Igino's son, and his wife Liliana, who were able to guide the winery toward innovation in winemaking, without ever forgetting tradition.
